1. Introduction

Best Cine and TV Artist Union में आपका स्वागत है। यह Refund Policy हमारी membership services, artist registration और ID card issuance के लिए लागू होती है। हमारी सेवाएं film और entertainment industry से जुड़े कलाकारों के लिए हैं।

हमारी website के माध्यम से की गई सभी payments इस policy के अंतर्गत आती हैं।

2. Nature of Service

हम एक Artist Union Membership Organization हैं और हमारी सेवाएं पूरी तरह service-based हैं।

हम प्रदान करते हैं:

• Artist Union Membership
• Artist ID Card (Digital / Physical)
• Registration Services
• Industry-related support

👉 यह कोई physical product नहीं है जिसे return किया जा सके।

3. No Refund Policy

सभी applicants को स्पष्ट रूप से सूचित किया जाता है:

👉 सभी payments non-refundable हैं
👉 किसी भी परिस्थिति में refund प्रदान नहीं किया जाएगा

इसमें शामिल हैं:

• Application Fee
• Registration Charges
• Membership Fee
• Processing Charges

4. Reason for Non-Refund

Refund लागू न होने के कारण:

• Membership एक digital registration process है
• Artist ID Card generate होने के बाद उसे cancel नहीं किया जा सकता
• Member database में registration permanent हो जाता है
• Administrative और processing resources तुरंत उपयोग हो जाते हैं

👉 इसलिए payment को reverse करना संभव नहीं है

5. Once Generated – Cannot Be Cancelled

एक बार:

• आपका registration complete हो जाए
• आपका Artist Card generate हो जाए

👉 Membership final और non-cancellable मानी जाएगी

6. User Responsibility

Payment करने से पहले user की जिम्मेदारी है:

• सभी details सही भरें
• policy और terms को पढ़ें
• service को पूरी तरह समझें

👉 गलत जानकारी देने पर भी refund applicable नहीं होगा

7. Duplicate Payment / Technical Issue

अगर किसी कारण:

• duplicate payment हो जाता है
• technical error होता है

👉 user 48 घंटे के अंदर contact कर सकता है
👉 valid case में verification के बाद decision लिया जाएगा

8. No Job Guarantee Disclaimer

हमारी union:

• किसी भी प्रकार की job या work की guarantee नहीं देती
• casting या employment provide नहीं करती

👉 Membership केवल registration और support के लिए है
